Becky developed her passion for shoes and well-rounded, insightful approach to sales after working her way up from Sales Clerk to Manager and Buyer in a local footwear store. After 9 years working in retail, Becky transitioned into wholesale sales.
She started working with Footwear Resources Group in 2007 and after a short journey with Timberland. In addition to owning her own sales agency (If the Shoe Fits Sales & Consulting), she worked with FRG on all of the product lines represented. Becky was integral to the growth and success of FRG. She played an active role in all aspects of the agency’s business. After 8 years with FRG, they parted ways and she started a new chapter of her Agency and Career.
Becky is a graduate from the University of Waterloo, a wife and mother of two, the Vice-President of the Ontario Shoe Travellers Association and past Chair of the Toronto Shoe Show Committee; an accomplished sales professional and communications expert.
She prides herself on her dedication to building customer relationships and her genuine desire to help customers succeed.
